Club Memberships
All Memberships are now purchased through www.zone4.ca. There is a processing fee associated with Zone4. If you like to avoid this processing fee, purchase your membership at Membership night with cash or cheque.
Options for purchasing a membership:
- Pay by credit card on Zone4: $2 fee for the 1st person and $1 for each additional person plus 3% for the credit card.
- Pay by cash or cheque for a $5 processing fee. Register online, send payment and waiver to the Nordic address, drop it at the lodge, or drop off at Flowt Bikes and Skis.
- Pay by cash or cheque with NO additional processing fees on Membership Night only!
For the 2011-2012 membership form please click here. As well, CCBC requires a waiver that can be printed here.
Print the form, complete it, and bring it with your cheque to Membership Night, Monday, November 7, 6:30-9 p.m at the Nordic Lodge.
The Nordic Club would like to send all newsletters electronically. This drastically reduces waste and allows us to send out more newsletters. We understand that some members may not have email. We will send out paper copies to those who request them.
Funds generated by the club are used mainly to operate, maintain, and replace its assets. The club’s Bombardier BR275 trail groomer is a high-tech machine that must be maintained and eventually replaced by the club. All activities undertaken by the club, including trail grooming, trail maintenance, and machine maintenance, are accomplished though volunteer time of its members.
Club membership fees
Adult: $75.00 | Youth: $25.00 | Family: $188.00
There is also a $10 per member CCBC fee that is not included in the Club Membership prices. This money goes straight to CCBC and covers insurance for the season.
The membership fee includes a season’s pass to Mount Macpherson trails, entry to special events, and newsletters.
Note that all youths participating in the ski league programs need to be members of the club.
Day use fees for Mount Macpherson trails
Adult: $7.50 | Youth: $4.00 | Family: $18.00
Non-members need to pay a day use fee. A trail fee box at the trailhead accepts fees when the day lodge is not staffed. Family means a minimum of 3 persons, including one or two parents or legal guardians and their unmarried children. Youth means an individual older than 5 and less than 16 years of age. Children 5 years of age and younger can ski for free.
